Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · WaveBottle (“we”, “us”, “our”)

WaveBottle is a social app for anonymous drift bottles, matching, and messaging. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices. If you use our service in Southeast Asia or elsewhere, we aim to handle personal data responsibly and in line with common expectations (including transparency similar to Singapore PDPA-style notices and GDPR-inspired portability/deletion where applicable).

1. Who we are

Controller / operator: [Your legal entity name]. Contact: wusaya@outlook.com (replace entity name with counsel-approved wording before production).

2. Data we collect

3. How we use data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your messages to train public AI models.

4. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) under contracts, and with payment/identity providers only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users’ safety.

5. Retention

We keep data as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward for security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, unless a shorter period is required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can delete your account in-app (Settings). You may request a copy of data we hold via wusaya@outlook.com or use in-app export where available.

7. Children

WaveBottle is intended for adults (e.g. 18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children below the minimum age. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Our servers or processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
