By accessing or using WaveBottle (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Anhui Mingxin Culture Media Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Anhui, China. Learn more on our official website.

1. The Service

WaveBottle offers anonymous and semi-anonymous social features including drift bottles, random matching, and chat. Features may change; we may suspend the Service for maintenance or legal reasons.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age shown in the app (e.g. 18+) and have capacity to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate age confirmation where requested.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm others; share illegal content; share sexually explicit content involving minors; spam; scrape or overload our systems; impersonate others; circumvent safety tools; or use the Service for fraud. See our Community Guidelines.

4. User content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, display, and moderate such content solely to operate and improve the Service. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Paid features are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Renewals and cancellations are managed in your store account settings unless otherwise stated in-app.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interactions with other users are at your own risk; use block and report tools and do not share sensitive personal information with strangers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to others. Provisions that should survive will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Service will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction where Anhui Mingxin Culture Media Co., Ltd. is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
