Last updated: April 2026

WaveBottle is built around curiosity and respectful connection. These rules help keep everyone safe and are required for App Store / Play policies on user-generated content and stranger interaction.

Be respectful

No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted bullying. Do not threaten violence or encourage self-harm.

No sexual exploitation or minors

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or grooming. Do not sexualise minors or ask for sexual content from anyone under 18. Violations will be reported to authorities where required.

No illegal activity

Do not use WaveBottle to sell illegal goods, coordinate crime, share non-consensual intimate imagery, or distribute malware/scams.

Authenticity & spam

Do not impersonate others, run bulk spam, or manipulate matching. Commercial solicitation unrelated to the community is not allowed without our permission.

Privacy

Do not publish others’ private information (doxxing). Protect your own safety — avoid sharing phone numbers, addresses, or financial details with strangers.

Reporting & enforcement

Use in-app Report and Block. We may warn, restrict, or ban accounts; remove content; and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
