Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Strongcy iOS application and related online services operated by us. They supplement Apple’s App Store terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If there is a conflict about in-app purchases or App Store distribution, Apple’s applicable terms control for those topics.
By downloading, accessing, or using Strongcy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Strongcy is
Strongcy helps you choose and record short movement sessions based on available time, place, and goals. It provides templates, editable movement blocks, local progress tracking, optional Sign in with Apple, optional Apple Health insights on device, and optional paid cloud sync / extended history through Apple In-App Purchase.
2. Wellness tools, not medical care
- Consider professional advice before starting a new program if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or have pain, dizziness, cardiovascular concerns, pelvic symptoms, neurological symptoms, or another medical condition.
- Stop an activity if you feel pain, numbness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or become unwell, and seek medical help when appropriate.
- Any future specialized content packs (including pelvic-floor coordination content) are educational / wellness support only and may require professional screening before use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use Strongcy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
4. Accounts and local use
- You may use core local features without an account.
- Sign in with Apple is required before purchase and for cloud sync / restore across devices.
- You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account and for choosing movements and targets appropriate for you, including personal blocks you create.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows, scrape in a way that harms availability, or misuse another person’s account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions sold only through Apple In-App Purchase. Current product identifiers include:
com.strongcy.plus.monthly/com.strongcy.plus.yearlycom.strongcy.pro.monthly/com.strongcy.pro.yearly
- Price, billing period, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown by Apple before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase. Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
- Restoring purchases requires Sign in with Apple so Strongcy can associate the App Store entitlement with your account.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.
Membership benefits (for example scene limits, personal-block limits, cloud sync, and history windows) are described in the app. Downgrading may limit creating new items at the lower tier; existing local content is not deleted solely because your tier decreases.
6. License and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Strongcy on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and these Terms. Strongcy’s software, visual design, brand, templates, and curated content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for text and routines you create. You grant us a limited license to host and sync that content solely to provide the features you enable.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Strongcy to break the law, harm others, overload our infrastructure, bypass paywalls or entitlement checks, upload malicious content, or misrepresent the app as a medical device or clinical service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Strongcy reliable, but network conditions, Apple services, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt account features. We may add, change, or discontinue features while preserving mandatory consumer and subscription rights. Local-only capabilities may continue to work when the network is unavailable.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. HealthKit data is processed on device as described there and is not uploaded as raw samples to our servers.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strongcy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. We do not warrant that recommendations will be suitable for your specific health condition, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that cloud sync will be free of delay.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inappropriate exercise choices, ignoring safety guidance, unsupported device modification, Apple service outages, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Termination
You may stop using Strongcy at any time and may delete your account in the app if signed in. We may suspend or terminate access to online features if you materially breach these Terms, create risk to the service or other users, or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP ownership) will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective / updated date above. Material changes may be communicated in the app or on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
